Easy chicken and bell peppers skillet

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 peppers Vegetable oil
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken pieces
  • 20ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Chilli pepper
  • Rosemary
  • 600g of tomatoes

METHOD

  1. Cut the peppers into strips. In a pan pour the oil and add the onion. Fry until the onion is soft. Add the peppers, season with salt and pepper, and fry until they are soft.
  2. In a bigger pan pour the oil and arrange the chicken pieces and brown them on both sides. Pour the white wine and season with salt and pepper. Let it cook until the wine evaporates.
  3. Add the clove of garlic, chili pepper, and a few figs of rosemary and pour the tomato cut into pieces. Mix well and let it cook for a while.
  4. After some time add the prepared peppers and mix all. Let it cook for a few minutes and remove it from the heat.
  5. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
