- Chilly powder 1 tbsp/pisi mirch
- All spice powder 1 tsp/pisa garam masalah
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp/pisa lehsun
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp/ pisi adrak
- Yogurt 1/2 cup/dahi
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp/ leemoo ka ras
Paratha Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1 kg/maida
- Salt 1 tsp/namak
- Oil 4 tbsp/ tail
- Oil 4 tbsp/tail for chicken cooking
- Mayo Sauce Ingredients:
- Mayo 1 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp/namak
- Crushed red chillies 1 tsp level/kutti laal mirch
- Garlic paste 1 tsp/pisa lehsan
- Vinegar 4 tbsp/sufaid sirka
Chutney Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 cup/dahi
- Salt 1/4 tsp/ namak
- Crushed roasted cumin 1 tsp/bhuna kuta zeerah
- Green chillies 4/hari mirch
- Garlic paste 1 tsp/ lehsan pisa
- Corriandar leaves 1/2 cup/ hara dhania
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup/podina
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp/pisi laal mirch
- Charcoal 1 piece for infusing smoke/ koyla dhuni ke liye
