INGREDIENTS

  • 240g (1 1/4 cups) sugar
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) water
  • 650ml (2 3/5 cups) milk
  • 2 buns
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) coconut milk
  • 200g (1 cup) sugar
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) cream
  • 50g coconut grain

METHOD

  1. In the pan add sugar, cook on medium heat until melts, add in water and mix well. Transfer to the baking pan.
  2. Pour milk over the buns, add in eggs, coconut milk, sugar, cream, and coconut grain and blend everything well.
  3. Pour over the caramel and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 90 minutes.
