Bread cake

INGREDIENTS
- 240g (1 1/4 cups) sugar
- 200ml (4/5 cup) water
- 650ml (2 3/5 cups) milk
- 2 buns
- 3 eggs
- 200ml (4/5 cup) coconut milk
- 200g (1 cup) sugar
- 200ml (4/5 cup) cream
- 50g coconut grain
METHOD
- In the pan add sugar, cook on medium heat until melts, add in water and mix well. Transfer to the baking pan.
- Pour milk over the buns, add in eggs, coconut milk, sugar, cream, and coconut grain and blend everything well.
- Pour over the caramel and cover with foil.
- Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 90 minutes.
