How to cook Egg dishes:

INGREDIENTS
- 12-14 eggs
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp chopped spring onion
- Toasts
METHOD
- Pour eggs into the pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes.
- Chop well and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and green onion.
- Serve with toasts.
