INGREDIENTS

  • 12-14 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • Toasts

METHOD

  1. Pour eggs into the pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes.
  2. Chop well and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and green onion.
  3. Serve with toasts.
