Mushrooms stuffed with meat


  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green bell pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Mushrooms
  • 200g minced meat
  • Salt
  • Paprika
  • Pepper
  • Ginger
  • 60ml tomato sauce
  • 60ml water
  • Parsley
  • Cheese
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Cut the onion, garlic, and green pepper finely.
  2. Place in a pan with oil and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add mincemeat, pepper, paprika, salt, and ginger, mix and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce, and water and cook until the liquid evaporates.
  5. Add cheese pieces until melted.
  6. Clean the heads of several mushrooms very well. Place them on an oven tray, sprinkle over salt and add olive oil to each one.
  7. Fill with the meat mixture. Add Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
