Mushrooms stuffed with meat
INGREDIENTS
- Onion
- Garlic
- Green bell pepper
- Olive oil
- Mushrooms
- 200g minced meat
- Salt
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Ginger
- 60ml tomato sauce
- 60ml water
- Parsley
- Cheese
- Parmesan cheese
METHOD
- Cut the onion, garlic, and green pepper finely.
- Place in a pan with oil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add mincemeat, pepper, paprika, salt, and ginger, mix and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, and water and cook until the liquid evaporates.
- Add cheese pieces until melted.
- Clean the heads of several mushrooms very well. Place them on an oven tray, sprinkle over salt and add olive oil to each one.
- Fill with the meat mixture. Add Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
