Twix cups
INGREDIENTS
- 80g of chocolate biscuits
- 20g (2 tbsp) of butter (melted)
- 270ml (1 cup) of whipping cream
- Vanilla essence
- 12g (1 tbsp) of sugar
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 200g (1/2 cup) of caramel
- 2 twix bars
METHOD
- Crush the biscuits and transfer them to a food processor to pulverize. Add the butter and continue mixing to prepare them for the first layer.
- In a bowl add the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla essence and mix with the electric mixer until stiff. Transfer the mixture to the whipping cream bag.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache by mixing the dark chocolate and whipping cream (hot) and transferring it to the whipping cream bag.
- Start adding biscuits as a first layer into the cups. Transfer the whipped cream to the whipping cream bag and make the second layer.
- Transfer the caramel to the whipping cream bag and spread the third layer.
- Transfer the chocolate ganache to the whipping cream bag and spread for the fourth layer. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Add the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with the reserved biscuit crumbs on top. Add half of the Twix bar to each cup.
