Homemade Crispy Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 serving
  • 2 medium Potato
  • Salt

(Add curry powder if you like)

Directions

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 374 °F/190℃.
①Wash potatoes well and Thinly slice
②Soak the slices in a bowl of cold Water and drain.
③Wipe dry with a kitchen towel., and place on a baking tray.
④Bake in the oven at 374 °F/190℃ for 14 minutes, then bake at 320°F/ 160℃ for 16 minutes.
⑤Shake in the plastic bag with the salt.
