Chocolate Stuffed Coconut Ladoo

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Dessicated coconut,
  • 1 cup Poha, powder,
  • 2 tbsp Ghee,
  • 1 cup Milk powder,
  • 1 tin Nestlé MILKMAID,
  • ½ tbsp Ghee,

For Chocolate Mixture

  • 3-4 tbsp Cocoa Powder,

For Filling

  • 2 tbsp Choco chips,
  • 2 tbsp Tutti Frutti,
  • 6-7 candied Apricot, chopped,
  • 2-3 tbsp Mixed dry fruits ( pistachio, almond, cashew, raisins), chopped,
  • 1 tsp Caramel syrup,

For Coating

  • Dessicated coconut,
  • Cocoa Powder,
  • 150 gms White chocolate, melted,
  • 150 gms Dark chocolate, melted,
  • Chocolate, sprinkler,

Process

For Ladoo

  1. In a non-stick pan, add desiccated coconut, poha powder and dry roast for a minute. Add ghee and cook for another minute on medium flame.
  2. Add milk powder and mix well. Add Nestlé milkmaid and cook for 5-6 minutes on low heat or until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. To finish, add ghee and divide the mixture in two bowls.
  4. In one bowl, add cocoa powder and mix well.
  5. Divide the mixture of another bowl into four parts.
  6. Make a lemon sized ball, stuff the desired filling and coat well.
  7. Serve chill.

For Filling

  1. In a bowl, add mixed dry fruits, caramel syrup and mix well.
  2. Keep it aside for further use.

For Coating

  1. Dip the truffle ladoo in sprinklers or coat it in cocoa powder.
  2. Drizzle tempered chocolate or coat it with desiccated coconut.
  3. Garnish the truffle ladoo in desired coating
