How to cook Yogurt cake:

INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 eggs whites
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 400g greek yogurt 10%
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 40g chocolate chips
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together egg yolks with sugar, baking powder, and cornstarch, and add in yogurt.
- In another bowl beat egg whites, mix them into the yolk mixture, and add in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 170’C for 1 hour.
