INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Tbsp Moong Dal

Soak For 1 Hour

Wash Well

  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Washed Moong Dal

  • 1/3 Cup Warm Water

Make Dough

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Minutes
