Apple pastries
INGREDIENTS
- 2 rolls of puff pastry
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Cinnamon
- Walnuts
- Chocolate chips
- Milk
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Mix sugar with cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread the sugar mixture on a piece of puff pastry, place baking paper on top, and flatten with a rolling pin.
- Grate the apple and spread it evenly over the puff pastry. Crush the walnuts and sprinkle them on top along with the chocolate chips.
- Place another sheet of puff pastry on top.
- Close the ends very well and cut into several squares.
- Place on a baking tray. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
