Savory pies

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 puff pastry
  • 80 g tomato paste
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Cheese slices
  • Sausages
  • 1 egg

METHOD

  1. Mix tomato paste with salt and oregano.
  2. Spread over the puff pastry.
  3. Place several slices of cheese on top.
  4. Cut several sausages into slices and place them neatly on top of the cheese.
  5. Place another sheet of puff pastry on top.
  6. Press with a roller.
  7. Use a pizza cutter to cut each sausage square.
  8. Brush with an egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
