Savory pies
How to cook Savory pies:

INGREDIENTS
- 2 puff pastry
- 80 g tomato paste
- Oregano
- Salt
- Cheese slices
- Sausages
- 1 egg
METHOD
- Mix tomato paste with salt and oregano.
- Spread over the puff pastry.
- Place several slices of cheese on top.
- Cut several sausages into slices and place them neatly on top of the cheese.
- Place another sheet of puff pastry on top.
- Press with a roller.
- Use a pizza cutter to cut each sausage square.
- Brush with an egg and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
