INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

  • 1/3 Cup Water

Make Dough

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder
  • 2 Green Chilli

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut In Square Shape

Potato Mixture

Water at the Edges

Fold

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
