Recipe

  • 200g Packaged Boiled Mackerel (7.1 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
  • 150g Onion, chopped (5.3 oz)
  • 100g Packaged Boiled Tomato (3.5 oz)
  • 40g Green Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
  • 40g Red Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, approx.
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/3 Dried Red Chili Pepper, deseeded
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2/3 tsp Salt, * The amount of salt in boiled mackerel varies depending on the product, so use this as a guide.

Hot Steamed Rice

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
