INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Cup Semolina/ Suji

Roast For 2 Min.

  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Cup Water

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Cool Down For 5 Min.

  • ¼ Cup Flour

Mix Well

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potato
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • 1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Tspn Chat Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut In Square Shape

Spread Potato Mixture

Make Pattern

Fry In Medium Heat

Fry For 3-5 Min.
