- ½ Cup Semolina/ Suji
Roast For 2 Min.
- ½ Tspn Salt

Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
- ¼ Cup Flour
Mix Well
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potato
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ¼ Tspn Chilli Powder
- 1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
- ¼ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ¼ Tspn Chat Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Cut In Square Shape
Spread Potato Mixture
Make Pattern
Fry In Medium Heat
Fry For 3-5 Min.
