Pav Bhaji
Everyone's favourite Street Food and no one can resist it is Pav Bhaji. In this video I am going to share how to make perfect Pav Bhaji step by step with all the tips and tricks. INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Cubed Potato
- 1 Diced Carrot
- 1 Roughly Chopped Beet Root
- 2-3 Green Chilis
- 2-3 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 cup Water
- 3-4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Finely Chopped Big Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 2-3 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 2-3 tbsp Garlic Chutney
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- Fresh Coriander
- Frozen Green Peas/Fresh Green Peas
- Salt
- Lemon Juice
