INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 Cubed Potato
  • 1 Diced Carrot
  • 1 Roughly Chopped Beet Root
  • 2-3 Green Chilis
  • 2-3 Roughly Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 3-4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Finely Chopped Big Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

Finely Chopped Capsicum

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 2-3 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 2-3 tbsp Garlic Chutney
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Frozen Green Peas/Fresh Green Peas
  • Salt
  • Lemon Juice
