  • 2 eggs

METHOD

1. Place two bowls in a pot of boiling water.
2. Pour an egg into each bowl and let it cook.
3. Serve with salmon toast.

  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oil

METHOD

1. Place a ladle in a pot of boiling water. Heat it up.
2. Grease the spoon and pour in an egg. Dip the ladle in the water a little without submerging the egg fully until it is cooked.
3. Serve with avocado toast.
