Bottle pancake

INGREDIENTS

• 1 egg
• 230g (1 cup) sugar
• 230ml (1 cup) milk
• 220ml (1 cup) vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 500g (4 cups) flour
• Plastic bottle
• Hazelnut cream
• Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. Beat the egg, add sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and little by little the flour without stopping beating.
2. Pour the mixture into a bottle. Make a small rectangular cut in the bottle cap.
3. Form rectangular pancakes in a pan and cook until golden brown.
4. Cover a pancake with hazelnut cream and place another pancake on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
