INGREDIENTS
- 250g ricotta cheese
- chocolate chips
- 180g grated coconut
- 90g sugar
METHOD
1. Mix ricotta cheese and sugar.
2. Add the grated coconut and the chocolate chips.
3. Make some balls and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
