  • 350g Lard or Shortening - 31.5 pesos
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar - 1.125 pesos
  • 1 1/4 cup Water - 38 cents

Mango Filling (Yield: 46servings @ 1tbsp)

  • 1 kl. Ripe Mangoes - 140 pesos
  • 1 1/8 cup sugar - 15 pesos
  • 1 cup Water - 31 cents
  • 1/2 cup Cassava Starch - 4.5 pesos

Peach Mango (Yield: 72 servings @ 1tbsp)

  • 600g Ripe Mangoes - 84 pesos
  • 825g Peach in Can - 89 pesos
  • 1 1/8 cup SUgar - 15 pesos
  • 1/2 cup Cassava Starch - 4.5 pesos
  • Peach Syrup
