- 2 Dry Red Chillies
- 2-inch Cinnamon Sticks
- 3 Green Cardamom Pods
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves (sliced)
- 2-inch Ginger (julienned)
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 500 gms Chicken (curry cut)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves & Stem
- 1 ltr Water
Simmering the Broth
- 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper-Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
- Salt (as required)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1/2 Boiled Egg (for garnish)
