Pudding and cookie cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 750ml (3 cups) of milk
  • 125g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 25g (2 tbsp) of cocoa powder
  • 7g of agar-agar
  • 125g of dark chocolate
  • Cookies

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar and agar-agar, sift in cocoa powder, add in chocolate and cook on low heat until thick.

2. Transfer to the mold one cup of the mixture, cover with cookies and repeat a few times.

3. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
