Ingredients

8 Scones

  • 200g Bread flour (You can use all-purpose flour )
  • Curry powder 2g
  • 6g Baking powder
  • 6g Sugar 
  • 2g Salt
  • 200g Heavy cream
  • 150g Curry

Directions

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 374 °F/190℃

①Heat curry to remove moisture.

Let cool.

②Put the ingredients marked with in a bowl, stir well.

③Add the heavy whipping cream and Mix.

④Cut the dough into 8 pieces.

⑤Roll out the dough into a 10cm circle.

⑥Wrap the curry in the dough rolled out in a round shape.

⑦Bake it at 374 °F/190℃ for 20 min.
