Preparation of Spice-Mix

1 tbsp Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Black Peppercorns

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1-inch Cinnamon Stick

7 Cloves

2 Black Cardamoms

5 Green Cardamoms

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 Mace

Stone Flower

1 tbsp Poppy Seeds

1 tbsp Yellow Split Peas (roasted)

1/4 Nutmeg (grated)

Prepping the Meat

3/4 cup Mustard Oil

3 Onions (grated)

6 Garlic Cloves (crushed)

1 Garlic Pod

3-4 Dried Red Chillies

2 tbsp Mutton Masala

2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt (as per taste)

2 Bay Leaves

1-inch Cinnamon Stick

10 Black Peppercorns

2 Black Cardamoms

800 gms Mutton

3-4 Green Chillies (slit)

Cooking the Meat

3/4 cup Mustard Oil

Wheat Flour Dough

Charcoal

1 tbsp Butter
