Ice cream balls


  • 600ml (2 1/2 cups) milk
  • 50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 40g (1/3 cup) cornstarch
  • 60g (1/2 cup) milk powder
  • 200g of melted chocolate
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) coffee


1. In a bowl mix together milk, sugar, cornstarch, milk powder, and coffee.

2. Cook on low heat until thick. Let it cool and blend it.

3. Transfer to the muffin tray and freeze for 2 hours.

4. Make the ball shape by the two of them and freeze for 1 hour more.

5. Dip into the melted chocolate and freeze for 30 minutes more
