Hard boiled eggs donut


  • 500g potatoes, sliced
  • 700g minced meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 50g sour cream
  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 100g shredded cheese
  • 8 boiled eggs
  • Tomato sauce


1. In a bowl mix together minced meat with chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, egg, and sour cream.

2. Lay out potato slices in the pan, top with meat, cheese, boiled eggs, and more meat, and cover with more potato slices.

3. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
