Hazelnut cream donuts


  • 200ml (4/5 cup) of lukewarm milk
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 8g vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 50ml (1/5 cup) of vegetable oil
  • 400g (3 1/4 cups) flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Hazelnut cream
  • Sugar


1. In a bowl mix together lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast, and add egg, oil, flour, and salt. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

2. Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll it out and press in the center. Let it rise for 20 minutes more, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.

3. Coat with sugar and fill with hazelnut cream.
