INGREDIENTS
- 240g egg whites
- 120g (1 cup) powdered sugar
- 180g butter (Soft)
- 40g (1/3 cup) corn flour
- 160g (1 1/4 cups) flour
- 250g ricotta
- 70g (1/3 cup) sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl beat egg whites with powdered sugar and add butter, corn flour, and flour.
2. In the bowl mix together ricotta with sugar.
3. Fry the dough on the parchment paper from another side, roll it into a tube and fill it with ricotta.
4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
