Zombie cocktail recipe
Another creation of Don the Beachcomber and one that was listed on the menu with a safety warning!
- 1.5 oz / 45 ml gold Puerto Rican rum
- 1.5 oz / 45 ml aged Jamaican rum
- 1 oz / 30 ml overproof demerara rum
- 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml lime juice
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml Don's Mix (2 parts white grapefruit juice, 1 part cinnamon syrup)
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml falernum
- 6 drops of Pernod
- 1 tsp grenadine
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Garnish: mint sprig
