Potato rosti


  • 2 potatoes (500g)
  • 2 eggs
  • Parsley
  • Spring onion
  • Sweet paprika
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 40g (2 tbsp) of cornstarch
  • Oil for frying


1. Grate the potatoes and squeeze them well to remove the excess water.

2. Place them in a bowl and add the parsley, spring onion, sweet paprika, coriander, salt, pepper, and cornstarch and mix all well with the spatula.

3. Take the mixture with a spoon and start adding the mixture to the pan with the hot oil. Flatten the mixture with the spoon to obtain the fritters.

5. Serve the fritters with the yogurt.
