Pudding cake
INGREDIENTS
- 350ml (1 2/5 cups) chocolate milk
- 50g of chocolate
- 5g agar-agar
- 350ml (1 2/5 cups) milk
- 40g of cocoa
- 5g agar-agar
- 350ml (1 2/5 cups) milk
- 40g crushed cookies
- 40g of sugar
- 5g agar-agar
- 100g cookies
- 20ml (4 tsp) cream
PREPARAZIONE
1. In a bowl mix chocolate milk with agar-agar, in the second bowl mix milk with agar-agar, and in the third bowl mix milk with agar-agar.
2. Cook chocolate milk on low heat until starts thick, add in chocolate. Transfer to the mold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the second portion of milk on low heat until starts to thick, add in cocoa powder.
4. Cook the third portion in the same way with crushed cookies. Pour into the mold.
5. Mix crushed cookies with cream and transfer to the mold. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
