Veg Manchow Soup
Winter is here and so is the season of steaming hot and tasty bowl of soups. Here is the recipe of my favourite soup which I prefer to make it at home and it turns out exactly the one you order in restaurants. Watch full videos for all the tips to make perfect bowl of soup.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 packet Pre-Boiled Noodles
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Chilis
- Chopped Spring Onion Greens
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Coloured Capsicums (Red/Green/Yellow)
- 5-6 Finely Chopped Beans
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Carrot
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage
- 4-5 Mushrooms
- Fresh Coriander Stems
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Red Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 3-4 cups Water/Vegetable Stock
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Water
- Spring Onion Greens
