Bittersweet pumpkin


  • Pumpkin
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Garlic
  • Mint leaves


1. Thinly slice half a peeled pumpkin.

2. Place the slices in a pan with plenty of oil and let them cook.

3. Remove from the heat and add salt.

4. Pour vinegar into a glass and add sugar.

5. Put two cloves of garlic in a pan with oil.

6. Return the cooked pumpkin to the pan and pour over the vinegar-sugar mixture.

7. Add mint leaves and cook.
