Hey Foodies! Here's a little twist on your favorite Kani Salad! It's crispy, flavorful and refreshing! Happy cooking!
Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 125ml yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 15 pcs kani or surimi
- air fry at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until crispy
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- lettuce
- roasted sesame seeds
- blue ternate flower for garnish
