Hey Foodies! Here's a little twist on your favorite Kani Salad! It's crispy, flavorful and refreshing! Happy cooking!

Ingredients:

Dressing:

  • 125ml yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 15 pcs kani or surimi
  • air fry at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until crispy
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • lettuce
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • blue ternate flower for garnish
