Puff pastry pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry
  • Flour
  • Sugar
  • Silver balls
  • Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. Sprinkle a little flour on a sheet of square puff pastry.

2. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

3. Use a wave cutter to cut off all the edges.

4. Cut the dough into squares. And make a slight cut in each corner towards the center.

5. Fold one end into the center of each square to form a pinwheels.

6. Coat each pinwheel in sugar. Decorate with a silver pearl in the center.

7. Bake for 20 minutes at 140ºC (284ºF).

8. Decorate with powdered sugar.
