  • 3-4 pcs Laurel
  • 1 bulb Bawang
  • 1 medium sized Sibuyas

Paminta Buo

  • 1/2 cup Patis (optional)
  • 1/4 kilo Atay ng manok
  • Sibuyas red
  • Sibuyas White
  • 1/8 cup Suka
  • Siling labuyo
  • Calamansi (10 to 20 pcs)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Sili pang sigang
  • Margarine
  • Liquid Seasoning to taste
