Baked sausage with potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 500g of potatoes
- 600g of sausage
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rosemary
METHOD
1. Wash the potatoes well, dry them, and cut them into wedges that are all more or less the same size. Cut the sausage into pieces about 5 cm in length.
2. Distribute the potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle them with a drizzle of oil. Season with salt and pepper, add the peeled garlic, and add the chopped rosemary. Add the sausage, and mix everything well.
3. Cook in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F stirring occasionally. To brown the potatoes perfectly, activate the grill during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
