Caramel banana muffin

Ingredients

Makes about 6 (Cupcake Liners size φ6cm H3cm)

●Caramel banana

  • 120g Bananas
  • 30g Granulated sugar
  • 15g Water
  • 50g Unsalted butter
  • 50g Granulated sugar
  • 1Egg(45g w/o shell)
  • (room temperature)
  • 100g Flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 50g Milk
  • (room temperature)

【Directions】

Preparation: Line muffin mold with glassine paper.

●Make caramelized banana

Put sugar and water in a saucepan and heat.

Melt it on medium heat until golden brown, sometimes move it to melt evenly.

Turn off the heat, add sliced bananas and mix well.

①Sift cake flour and baking powder.

②In a bowl, butter and sugar and Mix well.

Mix until white and fluffy.

Preheat the oven to 170℃(338°F).

③Add a beaten egg little by little while mixing with the whisk.

④Add ① and milk by turns.

*Add ①, milk, ①, milk, ① in order.

*After adding ①, don't mix too much.

⑤Add caramelized bananas at the end.

⑥Spoon the mixture into each case.

⑦Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 22minutes.

⑧Cool completely on wire rack.

*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or plastic container.
