Chicken Kofta Masala Ingredients -
- Preparing the Meatballs
- 1/2 kg Chicken (minced)
- 2 Onions (chopped & browned)
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 cup Green Capsicum (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Stuffing for the Meatballs
- 1/2 cup Cheese (grated)
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- Salt (as per taste)
For Frying
- 1/4 cup Refined Flour Slurry
- 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- Oil (for shallow frying)
For the Gravy
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 Onion (minced)
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/4 cup Cashew Nut Paste
- 1 cup Yogurt (whipped)
- 3 Tomatoes (purée)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 cups Water
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1 tsp Butter
For Garnish
- Fresh Cream
- Chilli Oil (roghan)
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves
