Ingredients list:
For the bread
- 350ml warm water
- 50g brown sugar
- 90g honey
- 3tbsp molasses - or use treacle
- 1 sachet fast action yeast
- 1tsp salt
- 60ml rapeseed oil
- 350g bread flour, plus extra to dust
- 190g wholemeal flour aka whole wheat flour
- 3tbsp cocoa powder
For the whipped butter
- 110g butter, room temp
- 1.5tbsp milk
