Rice flour Mini pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 20g Sugar
  • 80g Milk
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100g Rice flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 5g oil

For Toppings:

  • Frozen mixed berries
  • Boiled sweet potato
  • Maple syrup

Directions

①Mix all ingredients together.

②Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly oil.

***If you have a non-stick pan, you don't need oil.

③Scoop out the batter with a spoon and pour into the frying pan.

④Cook on low heat. When the surfaces begin to bubble, flip over.

⑤After flipping, cook for about 1 -2min until browned.

⑥Serve with preferred fruit toppings, and maple syrup.
