Stewed Hamburg Steaks

We are making Stewed Hamburg Steak. The juicy hamburg steak is stewed in the sauce full of umami flavor. Enjoy it with plenty of sauce. Delicious!
* Time for chilling the onion is not included in cook time.
- Patties -
- 250g Ground Beef and Pork (8.8 oz)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 140g Onion, chopped, for the patties and sauce * (4.9 oz)
- 10g Butter, salted or unsalted (0.35 oz)
- 15g Soft Panko (0.53 oz)
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg, small-size
- Black Pepper, coarsely ground
- Sauce -
- Onion, chopped *
- 1 Garlic Clove, chopped
- 50g Button Mushrooms, 1 cm (0.4") thick slices (1.8 oz)
- Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Red Wine
- 100g Packaged Boiled Tomato, chopped (3.5 oz)
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 Bouillon Cube or consomme cube
- 80-100ml Water (2.7 -3.4 fl oz)
- Salt
- Black Pepper, coarsely ground
- Toppings -
- Pizza Cheese
- Parsley Leaves, chopped
- Side Vegetables -
- 8 strips Red Bell Pepper, 5 cm (2") length
- 4 String Bean Pods, cut into 3 equal pieces
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Water
