Air fryer mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g mushrooms
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper

METHOD

1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

2. Place the mushroom slices in a bowl. Add oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and rosemary.

3. Mix very well and place the mushrooms in the air fryer.

4. Bake at 180ºC (356ºF) for 15 minutes.

5. Sprinkle over rosemary.
