Avocado dinner

INGREDIENTS
- 2 avocados
- 4 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 50g shredded cheese
METHOD
1. Cut avocados into halves, spread with garlic mixture, and top with egg whites and cheese.
2. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes.
3. Add egg yolks and bake for 5 minutes more.
