Wild boar spit-roast rotisserie. A dear friend and hunter brought us wild boar game from his latest hunting excursion. Wild boar meat is a unique meat and fairly stiff since black pigs run all day long. So, it needs special treatment regarding its seasoning -to enhance its aroma and flavor the right way- as well as grilling in order to get a tender and juicy piece of meat that everyone can enjoy.
