INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Palonk / Spinach
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • ¼ Cup Carrot
  • ¼ Cup Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

  • ½ Tspn Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cup Gram Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Water

Mix Well

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
