Healthy Cacao Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sugar
  • 1/4 cup Earth Echo Cacao Bliss
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

additional ripe banana and slivered almonds for toppings

8x3 loaf pan

Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes
