Ingredients:

  • WHEAT FLOUR 4 CUPS
  • SEMOLINA 1/2 CUP
  • BAKING SODA 1/2 TSP
  • CAROM SEEDS 1 TSP (CRUSHED)
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • GHEE 4-5 TBSP (FOR DOUGH)
  • WATER 1.5 CUPS
  • GHEE AS REQUIRED
  • GHEE AS REQUIRED (MELTED | FOR DIPPING)

Dal

Ingredients:

  • CHANA DAL 1/4 CUP
  • MASOOR DAL 1/4 CUP
  • URAD DAL 1/4 CUP
  • GREEN MOONG DAL 1/4 CUP
  • TOOR DAL 1/4 CUP
  • WATER AS REQUIRED (FOR SOAKING)
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
  • GHEE 1/2 TBSP
  • WATER AS REQUIRED

Tempering

  • GHEE 3 TBSP
  • CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
  • RED CHILLI 2-3 NOS.
  • GARLIC 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
  • GINGER 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
  • GREEN CHILLI 1-2 NOS. (CHOPPED)
  • ASAFOETIDA 1/2 TSP
  • ONION 1 NO. (CHOPPED)
  • TOMATO 1 NO. (CHOPPED)
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • POWDERED SPICES
  • TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER 1 TBSP
  • HOT WATER AS REQUIRED
  • SALT IF REQUIRED
  • FRESH CORIANDER A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)

Churma

Ingredients:

  • BATI 3-4 NOS.
  • GHEE 1 TBSP
  • CAHSEW 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
  • ALMONDS 1 TBSP (CHOPPED)
  • CARDAMOM POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • POWDERED SUGAR / BOORA 3 TBSP
