Quick puff pastry croissants with chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry
  • Chocolate bars
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. Divide a puff pastry into 8 equal triangles.

2. Place a piece of chocolate on the widest end of each triangle. Roll up each triangle and close the ends forming a croissant.

3. Place on a serving platter and top each croissant with a beaten egg. Sprinkle a little sugar.

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
