Hot dog sausage brioche

Hot dog sausage brioche

INGREDIENTS

  • 180g bread flour
  • 20g sugar
  • 3g yeast
  • 2g salt
  • 15g butter
  • 110ml milk
  • Sausage
  • Mayonnaise

METHOD

1. Pour the lukewarm milk into a bowl, add yeast, sugar, and mix.

2. Add flour, salt, an egg, and mix again, and massage a little. Add butter at room temperature, and mix very well until the butter melts inside the dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.

3. Divide the dough into 6 and flatten each part, and roll to form a strip.

4. Divide sausage into three parts. Fit a sausage in a skewer, a piece of cheese, and another sausage.

5. Cover the cheese sausage skewer with the dough strip. Repeat but with a skewer of pure sausage. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.

6. Brown each skewer with an egg. Make a slight cut in the upper end of the dough of each skewer and fill with a little mayonnaise.

7. Bake at 170ºC (330ºF) for 25 minutes.

8. Spread melted butter on each skewer and decorate with parsley.
